I have over 15 years of experience in information technology serving in various front-line and management capacities for small business, higher education, and consulting firms. My strengths are continually discovering ways to ensure a great customer experience while improving and growing business operations.

I also enjoy photography. The stories that can be told through images never cease to amaze me. This is what spurred my interest to launch CX Media.
